I would love to build a sniper character and acquire it before taking part in any of the main quest is possible. I have read and seen many posts and youtube vids of simply purchasing from gun-runners or killing NCR veterans, but nothing about just simply finding the weapon somewhere in the world that is accesible from a very low level in the game. I was curious what is the quickest way to acquire the anti-material rifle. The model was pulled from the actual game files and scaled to the length of a PGM.
